How does it work?
Before your evaluation you will be asked to sign up for our patient portal. Intake paperwork and self assessments will be completed prior to your appointment. If needed, we may need time to gather reports from other agencies or communicate with other involved parties. What to expect.
Depending on the type of evaluation you are looking for, we will determine the number of appointments needed. You will come to our office, or meet with your clinician on our HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.
