‘I believe in creating a safe and unbiased therapeutic space for you to feel heard.’
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over five years of experience working with people in a wide range of settings, including residential treatment programs, outpatient clinics, and correctional environments. I work with ages 12 and up and support those navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, self-esteem challenges, and identity exploration. My approach pulls from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, but I always keep things flexible and centered around you as a whole person.
I’m especially interested in the mind–body connection and how physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts are all deeply connected. Together, we might notice how stress shows up in your body, how emotions influence your behavior, or how small shifts in awareness can create meaningful change. I aim to create a space that feels safe, relaxed, and genuine—one where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. I believe therapy can be serious work and still include warmth, authenticity, and even a bit of humor along the way.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lehigh University, with additional focus in Public Health and Global Studies, and my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University, with a concentration in Forensic Psychology. I have completed specialized training in trauma-informed care.
At the heart of my work is collaboration. I believe that understanding your experiences—your thoughts, emotions, and body signals—can be incredibly empowering. Therapy is a place to explore, build skills, and grow at your own pace. My goal is to help you feel truly heard, supported, and equipped to move toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and meaningful.
