Our Story & Team

For more than 12 years, our specialty mental health practice has been part of this community, and that connection truly matters to us. We’ve chosen to stay intentionally small and focused so we can offer thoughtful, in-depth care rather than trying to do everything for everyone. Each clinician on our team brings specialized training and experience in specific areas, which allows us to work with clarity, purpose, and care.

We believe therapy works best when there’s a good fit – between what a client is looking for, a clinician’s expertise, and the way the work naturally unfolds in the room. Instead of a generalist approach, our clinicians focus on the areas where they’ve built real depth and confidence. This means the care we offer is responsive, nuanced, and grounded in genuine experience.

We invite prospective clients and referral partners to take some time exploring our clinicians’ profiles. Learning about each provider’s approach, interests, and areas of focus can help make that initial connection feel more intentional and supportive. When there’s strong alignment, therapy tends to feel more collaborative and sustainable over time.

Our goal isn’t to be everything to everyone. It’s to provide high-quality care in the areas we do best. We’re proud to have built a practice rooted in integrity, discernment, and authentic connection—both with the individuals we serve and with the community we’re grateful to be part of.
