Each client has different needs and goals. We will work collaboratively to identify your individual strengths and areas needing support. We will work together to customize goals and objectives. Our therapists use strengths-based and evidence-based therapeutic approaches that are trauma-informed and neurologically-informed.

Before your initial appointment you will be asked to sign up for our patient portal. Intake paperwork and self assessments will need to be completed before the appointment.

You will come to our office, or meet with your clinician on our HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. Most initial appointments last 60 minutes. If you feel that your therapist is a good match for your needs, you can schedule follow up appointments. There is never any pressure to make a second appointment. Follow up appointments typically range from 30 – 60 minutes.
