Adults
Each client has different needs and goals. We will work collaboratively to identify your individual strengths and areas needing support. We will work together to customize goals and objectives. Our therapists use strengths-based and evidence-based therapeutic approaches that are trauma-informed and neurologically-informed.

Tweens and Teens
Psychotherapy for tweens and teens provides a supportive, age-appropriate space to talk about emotions, stress, relationships, and the challenges of growing up. Therapy helps young people build coping skills, confidence, and self-understanding while supporting healthier communication and resilience both at home and in school. Sessions are based on therapeutic need and typically last 30 – 60 minutes.

Children
Psychotherapy for children offers a supportive, developmentally appropriate space to help kids express emotions, build coping skills, and navigate challenges through play, conversation, and creativity. Family collaboration is an important part of the process, helping caregivers understand their child’s needs and strengthen connection and support at home. Sessions are based on therapeutic need and typically last 30 – 45 minutes.
