‘Pediatric mental health therapy is not about fixing a child—it’s about creating a safe space where their feelings are heard, strengths are nurtured, and growth is guided with patience, compassion, and hope.’
I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician with more than 10 years of experience specializing in pediatric mental health. I work exclusively with children, adolescents, and their families to build practical skills for emotional well-being and everyday success. With a compassionate and strengths-based approach, we will navigate challenges such as anxiety, behavior concerns, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
I specialize in Solution-Focused Therapy, Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These evidence-based approaches emphasize collaboration, clear goals, and skill-building, helping children and teens understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while learning tools they can use at home, school, and in their relationships. Therapy sessions are designed to be engaging, age-appropriate, and supportive, with a focus on what’s already working and how to build on those strengths. In addition, I am a Certified Clinical Support Provider for clients diagnosed with ADHD.
I believe that every child has the capacity to grow, develop confidence, and thrive with the right support. Through collaboration, encouragement, and evidence-based care, I am committed to helping children and their families move toward positive and lasting change. Together we can make the hard things easier.
