Gender Affirming Evaluations
We conduct evaluations for anyone who is seeking a medical or surgical gender confirmation.
Our Approach
Each client has unique gender goals. We will provide a safe and confidential space to perform evaluations required for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), top or bottom surgery.
How does it work?
Before your evaluation you will be asked to sign up for our patient portal. Intake paperwork and self assessments shall be completed prior to your appointment.
What to expect.
You will come to our office, or meet with your clinician on our HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. Your appointment will last 60 to 90 minutes. We will take a gender history and asses your goals. A final report can be sent to your endocrinologist or surgeon.
