I am a New Englander at heart and grew up in Massachusetts. I moved to California to pursue my Master’s Degree. I loved the weather, but missed the fall foliage even more, so I returned to Massachusetts where I cultivated my passion for working with children and families.
I have 10 years of experience working directly with children and adults in my office, in schools and within the home. My specialties are treating anxiety and depressive disorders, ADHD, behavioral issues and oppositional behaviors in children/teens ages 3 – 16. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) which means I have professional experience and have completed specialized training in working with clients with ADHD to help them overcome challenges in relationships, emotional regulation and planning.
I have held positions as an Adjunct Professor and Teacher’s Assistant and I have been published in Memory. I am the recipient of two undergraduate awards for recognition of outstanding achievement in academia and contributions to the field of psychology.
