I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 15 years in Massachusetts, originally from the south coast of the United Kingdom. After moving to the United States at 14, I earned a BA in Theater Design and Technology and spent a decade traveling the country as a scenic painter and set designer. My theater work with youth in after-school programs and residential settings inspired me to pursue a Master’s in Clinical Social Work at Boston University, along with a 9-month trauma and stress certification from the Trauma Center in Brookline, MA.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, life transitions, trauma, grief, and bereavement. As a Certified Grief Educator trained under world-renowned grief expert David Kessler, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to those facing loss, significant life changes, or health challenges.

Personal Insights

Having experienced breast cancer, I understand the multifaceted challenges of a serious diagnosis. I support individuals with cancer and their loved ones, addressing physical, emotional, and relational hurdles with empathy and understanding.
